Z obsahu: Nový zákon má dať liberalizácii zelenú. Na univerzálnu službu majú prispievať všetci operátori. Nezávislý regulátor je závislý od štátneho rozpočtu. Liberalizácia prináša príležitosti i hrozby. Bez obsahu sú rýchle linky ako prázdne diaľnice.
