Nový zákon pre vinohradníctvo a produkciu vína vytvára nové možnosti zvýšiť produkciu vína a služby. Sú to aj nové možnosti pre štátnu podporu, marketing a pre vínnu turistiku.Táto podpora má významný vplyv na rozvoj vinárskych regiónov v SR.
