Malé a stredné podniky majú problémy pri získavaní finančných zdrojov, čoho príčinou sú nedokonalé finančné trhy. Výsledky prieskumu, ktorý bol vykonaný v 58 automobilových spoločnostiach na Slovensku z roku 2011 potvrdzuje dané tvrdenia.
