Convergence in House Prices Across OECD Countries: A Panel Data Analysis
Preverovanie, či prebehla konvergencia v cenách domov v krajinách OECD v r. 1996-2015. Testované boli nepodmienené a podmienené hypotézy prostredníctvom metódy GMM-systému. Výsledky poukazujú na to, že bol prebehol značný konvergenčný proces v rámci daných krajín.
