Analýza problému do do akej miery môže byť menová politika obmedzovaná vývojom zadĺženosti štátu. Pri analýze bol použitý model prahovej vektorovej autoregresie (TVAR), ktorý zachytáva možné asymetrie vo vzťahu medzi menovou politikou a reálnou ekonomikou.
