Porovnanie ratingových systémov troch bánk v nemecky hovoriacich krajinách a detailná analýza kvalitatívnych ukazovateľov. Zber empirických dát, ich vyhodnotenie a overenie, použitie induktívnej metódy na vytvorenie záverov. Výsledky ukazujú na prítomnosť dvoch druhov kvalitatívnych ukazovateľov.
