Použitie diagramu príčin a následkov a dvoch ďalších metód založených na odpovediach na otázky ohľadom technologického procesu, na zistenie dôvodov prerušovanosti tlače na PVC etiketách. Defekty vznikli z nedostatku inštrukcií na mixovanie náterových komponentov.
