Štúdium vývoja určitých sociálnych a ekonomických ukazovateľov v dvoch typoch regiónov: mestských a dedinských. Analýza vývoja obyvateľov v daných oblastiach a sústredenie sa na stredný vek. Trend sťahovania ľudí z mestských do vidieckych oblastí a klesajúci záujem o prácu v poľnohospodárstve.
