Úloha logistiky a nákladnej dopravy pri určovaní veľkosti a štruktúry transakčných nákladov vo vývoznej cene. Výskum založený hlavne na teóriách Coase a Williamsona o tom, že zmluvné náklady sú najväčšími nákladmi v medzinárodného obchodu.
