Skúmanie, ako môže vnímaná podpora rodiny znížiť množstvo konfliktov, ktoré pociťujú ženy podnikateľky na Slovensku. Výsledky naznačujú, že členstvo v rodinnej firme zvyšuje vnímanie konfliktu rolí medzi majiteľkami firiem. Vnímanie podpory rodiny však tento pocit znižuje.
