Iniciatíva troch morí (3SI) je relatívne mladý formát regionálnej spolupráce v strednej Európe. Hlavným cieľom činnosti 3SI je rozvoj energetickej, dopravnej a digitálnej infraštruktúry v regióne. Cieľom článku je analyzovať vznik a fungovanie 3SI v rokoch 2016-2022.
