Preskúmanie vplyvu vládneho dlhu na ekonomickú slobodu v desiatich krajinách Strednej a Východnej Európy v rokoch 1995 až 2020 pomocou panelového modelu. Pre uvažované krajiny hrubý dlh ovplyvňuje ekonomickú slobodu, a nie naopak.
