Cieľom článku je priblížiť a zhodnotiť mechanizmy riešenia problémov na vnútornom trhu EÚ spôsobené transpozičným deficitom alebo zlým uplatňovaním acquis communautaire v členských štátoch EÚ s prihliadnutím na uznávanie kvalifikácie v EÚ a súvisiacimi (mimo)súdnymi otázkami.
