Štúdia skúma, ako rôzne systémy zastupovania pracovníkov a pracovnoprávnych vzťahov na Slovensku a v Nórsku uľahčujú pracovnú integráciu OZP. Z pohľadu sociálneho ekosystému uznávame úlohu rôznych zainteresovaných strán a ich interakcie pri podpore pracovnej integrácie OZP.
