Problémy s poskytovaním bankových úverov v jednotlivých krajinách strednej a východnej Európy. Úloha bankovej zálohy pri poskytovaní úverov v prípadoch, že neexistuje rozvinutý trh s pôdou. Kvôli existencii informačných asymetrií je nepravdepodobné, že užitočnosť bankových záloh sa zníži.
