Rozbor výsledkov dvoch poľských sociologických prieskumov o spôsoboch postupu pracovníkov do funkcií riadiacich kádrov ("byrokratickej elity"). Sleduje sa vplyv politickej angažovanosti, pôvodu, odbornosti ap., ako aj hodnotenie atribútov pre výber do funkcie zo strany dotazovaných.
